Victoria Moroski signed on with Phase 5 last year and quickly showed us that she was here to stay! Finding herself on multiple podiums throughout the course of the 2025 season, Victoria proved that she was a great addition to the team with ease! That being said, it made it easy to name her the P5 Rookie of the Year at the 4th Annual Phase 5 Regatta. Congrats, Victoria! We’re looking forward to your 2026 season!
PHASE 5: Congrats on a great 2025 season! How do you feel?!
Victoria: I feel so honored to receive Rookie of the Year. There were so many amazing rookies this season, and to be chosen means a lot to me.
PHASE 5: What would you say was the main highlight of your year?
Victoria: One of the biggest highlights for me was landing that 540 big spin and getting the opportunity to go to Worlds for the first time—it was an incredible experience.
PHASE 5: What are your plans for 2026?
Victoria: This season, I really want to focus on becoming more consistent with my tricks and continuing to learn new ones along the way.
PHASE 5: If you could change anything about your 2025 season, what would it be and why?
Victoria: Looking back on 2025, one thing I’d change is staying calmer during my runs. I felt a little nervous at times, and I know that if I stay calm, everything will come together much more smoothly.
PHASE 5: Who would you like to thank?
Victoria: I’d like to thank Phase 5 for making such an amazing board—the best board, in my opinion—as well as Hughes Marine, CenturionBoat, Sean Silveira, Whitley Stewart, and especially my mom and dad for all of their support.
