Ashley Inloes is one the most vibrant and influential riders on the Phase 5 team. Known for her super-smooth style, massive trick arsenal, and infectious positive energy. Joining in 2020, she quickly rose as a top contender in the women's pro division. In her debut pro season, she placed 3rd at the World Wakesurf Championships and earned Female Best Trick of the Year for her standout Frontside Big Spin to Switch Backside Big Spin combo. She followed with a 2nd-place Worlds finish the next year, multiple podiums, and consistently high-level performances that blend technical skill with a joyful, always-smiling approach.
Ashley is always thinking of ways to help others. She collaborated with Phase 5 to create her signature pro model, The Mindset—a skim-style board with a narrower outline and refined features designed for smaller riders, including women and groms. It excels at revert riding, spins, quick maneuvers, and big airs while delivering exceptional control and accessibility for all skill levels. Beyond competing, she mentors through private lessons (Orlando-based and travel), her popular "How To" instructional series, and works with Brave the Wave, teaching wakesurfing to people with physical disabilities. Her fun-first philosophy and “Falling is Learning” mentality continue to inspire the Phase 5 community and push women's wakesurfing forward with passion and good vibes.
