SPOT CHECK | iWake in Dubai, UAE
After our session with Wakey Wakey Dubai, we immediately hopped boats and cruised back out with the iWake crew! Set up in the same marina, iWake has an amazing area to ride as well. John Akerman felt right at home behind their G23 and was blasting airs on the foil in no time! The desert backdrop to John’s insane foil airs really made for some epic shots.
GEAR | The 2025 Key Stewart Pro
The Key has been at the top of the most wanted list ever since its debut. Ridden by many on the team, the Key is a powerhouse when it comes to technical skim wake surfing. The Key Stewart Pro is Worlds & Nationals champion Whitley Stewart’s answer to a high-performance skim style with the ladies and smaller riders in mind.
GEAR | The 2025 Aku V2
The very FIRST surf style board that we produced was the Aku. It’s always been a fun shape but we knew we could do better. With that in mind, the Aku V2 was born. This board is a speed demon that’s made for high-power slayshes and boosting above the lip of the wave.
THROWBACK | The WWSC Surf Championship with Ryder Duczek
Ryder Duczek’s mother sent us a message recently so we decided to take a stroll down memory lane! Ryder, along with his brother Dagan, were the first Canadians we brought onto team Phase 5, and for good reason. They rip! But early in his career, Ryder showed us that he had what it took to join the team. Check out what his mom, Loree, had to say about the video above! Yeah, Ryder!
NEWS | Welcome Victoria Moroski to Team Phase 5
Victoria Moroski hasn’t been riding long but she has definitely made an impact this past season! Placing first in her division at both Nationals and Masters, Victoria spent a lot of time in Florida training with fellow team riders Sean Silveira and Whitley Stewart. If you’re going to be coached by anyone, it doesn’t get much better than those two! Victoria currently lives in Missouri and we’re excited to see what she has in store for 2025! Welcome to the team, Victoria!
VIDEO | “Built By Riders, For Riders”
Words that we live by…that’s how it is here at Phase 5! We don’t design and produce any board that we wouldn’t want to shred ourselves. Check out a little BTS of what goes into each and every board that comes through the factory in the video above! Boards handmade in the USA, since day 1!
GEAR | The 2025 Ahi
John Akerman’s surf blade of choice, the Ahi, has been one of our most popular boards in the surf line the last few years. We believe this is partly due to the fact that not only does this board rip, John rides it all season long really putting it to the test so when the off season comes, he’s right there in the shaping room trying to make it even better, year after year.
VIDEO | "Flashback Friday" with Whitley Stewart
Whitley Stewart’s 2024 season was something else. We stumbled across this video of her shredding with fellow Centurion teammate JB O’Neill and knew it needed another look! Check it out as she rides for his GoPro and answers a few questions mid-shred! Enjoy!
GEAR | The 2025 Snapper
The 2025 Snapper is a brand new skim style board for the 2025 season. If your grom has been struggling to keep the board under his or her feet, this is the board for you. The Snapper is a very forgiving board and easy to balance on with its wide outline that helps keep the rider in the wave. It comes equipped with a full deck traction pad so you can feel gripped to the board no matter where your feet are placed. It comes in two sizes – 36” and 43” – that have differing levels of thickness (⅜”...
THROWBACK | '22 Team Foil Session
Over the years, we get so much content from our photoshoots that it’s difficult to show off everything! For that reason, we wanted to send it back to our 2022 team shoot and focus on the sick foiling photos from that shoot! This was such an epic couple of sessions with the conditions being on point and the whole team shredding.

The '24 Nautique Masters Wakesurf Championships, presented by GM Marine, went down this past weekend and it was another huge result for team Phase 5! The venue is amazing, the people are friendly, the wave is kicking, and the lake is glass! What more could you ask for?
Flashback Friday: Blue Lake with Jett Lambert & Sean Silveira
Around this time last year, we released Jett Lambert’s pro model version of the super-popular skim style board, the Key. To commemorate such an occasion, we made some calls and got the approval to come ride and shoot at the legendary “Blue Lake” spot. This lake is such a rad spot to shoot because the water is beautiful and it’s a private spot so you don’t have to worry about any boat traffic messing with the calm water. What made this shoot even better was the inclusion of a helicopter to ge...

RECAP | 2025 Nautique Masters Wakesurf Championships at Callaway Gardens
The Masters is one of the heaviest contests of the entire season. It’s one of those events that serves as a “proving grounds” for riders and once you get a Masters title under your belt, it's like you join this elite group of riders. Serving as the fifth and final stop of the 2025 Nautique Wakesurf Series, the Nautique Masters Wakesurf Championships went down on Lake Robin at Callaway Gardens, GA with pride and titles on the line.
