When it comes to wakesurfing, it’s easy to look towards the future. Always chasing the next big trick, the next spot, the next whatever…but it’s always good to look in the past and see where things have come from! That’s exactly what this “Throwback Thursday” is all about! This video from 2012, “An Afternoon On The Lake”, is just what it sounds like. A solid session with Max Smetts and Drew Danielo doing what they love – surfing! The footage might be a little grainy because this was way before 4k cameras were the norm and the wave might not be as gnarly as you’re used to these days, but the heart is there!
