Carrier calculated expedited rates are available with Fedex. Rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are digital and delivered via email.  Redeem gift cards with provided code.

When will my order ship?

Once the order has been placed please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from our factory.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship online orders only to locations inside the USA.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Phase Five Gift Cards and PayPal.  We are unable to process Visa or MasterCard Prepaid Gift Cards.

Timing of Billing:

Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. Refunds will be issued in the rare case items are unavailable.

Out of Stock Items:

If and item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question.  You will not be charged for the item.

Do I have to Pay Sales Tax?

Only residents in Florida are required to pay sales tax.
