Jett Lambert had himself another year in 2025. Winning almost every contest he entered, traveling the globe, pumping out solid content all season, and enjoying every bit of it along the way, Jett is living the life. We caught up with him to see what he thought of his 2025 and which moments really stood out!

The 2025 season is officially a wrap! With the last stop of the 2025 Centurion WSWS taking place this last weekend as the World Wakesurfing Championship in Florida, we saw plenty of Phase 5 riders being crowned World Champions! Check out the podium photos below along with Whitley Stewart and Jett Lambert’s winning runs.

The 2025 USA Flow Tour Championships just went down at Riversport OKC and although we don’t make flow rider boards, unless Sean Silveira asks really nicely, we were stoked to help out and sponsor the tour because we want people to be stoked about riding boards on water, no matter how they do it! The sport of flow riding has seen a major increase in progression over the last few years and having Sean Silveira on the team, who got his start in flow riding, it just made sense to help out the Flow Tour crew!

This past week, Parker Payne and I traveled out to the beautiful state of Utah to do some photo and video work with the crew at Boardco. We were met with mid 70 degree weather and sunny skies. First stop was to Boardco headquarters to meet up with everyone and see the operation.

The 6th stop of the Centurion World Series of Wakesurfing, Chattawake,  just took place last weekend in Chattanooga TN as a part of the River Games. Plenty of riders descended on Chattanooga to make their mark at this event and team Phase 5 held their own and took home plenty of hardware at the event!

Who doesn’t love a good throwback clip? We sure do! This week, we were feeling nostalgic and decided to do a little “Flashback Friday” of one of our OG riders, Mr. Key himself - Sean Silveira! Only a few short years ago, Sean was topping the podium of basically every major event and he did it with tons of style. These days, Sean still rides hard but doesn’t compete as often. He’s been an integral part in the development of the future generation of riders. Mainly riders like Jett Lambert, Rob McClelland, and Whitley Stewart to name a few. Enjoy this clip of Sean tearing it up and winning the 2020 Nautique Masters now!

The Centurion World Series of Wakesurfing has been chugging along all season long and the final stop, Chattawake 2025, is going down in Chattanooga, TN on August 15-17! A part of the River Games, this is a 3 day long festival with wakesuring, death diving, kayak launching, highlining, tramp diving, skateboard launches, bridge climbing, and more, plus nightly music to keep the energy going.

From world champ Sammy Goncalves comes the all new 2026 Viper! This brand new shape, designed and ridden by Sammy G, is unlike any other surf style board in the line. A few things that jump out at you are the moon-shaped nose, the squared off tail, and its sharp edges. All of these combined make for an aggressive, high-performance shredder of a board! The Mindset by Ashley Inloes took the wakesurfing world by storm with its introduction into the Phase 5 line last year. But what makes it so special? Well, we caught up with designer and pro team rider Ashley Inloes to pick her brain and get more of an idea of her “Mindset” when she’s off and on the water.

The 5th stop of the Centurion World Series of Wakesurfing is happening July 11-12 in Johnson City, TN and Phase 5 is proud to be sponsoring it and the remainder of the Centurion World Series of Wakesurfing! This 2 day event is sure to be a good time. Hosted by CBK Watersports at Winged Deer Park, the Volunteer Wake Surf Classic will show a high level of riding with a strong showing from team Phase 5! Make plans to be there! 

Two great events went down this past weekend – Surf MN King Of The Lakes Classic and the Pro Wake Tour Stop #2! Both events had an awesome showing from our team and we couldn’t be more stoked! Check out below for the results from each event!

Nestled in Kingston, OK is a rad shop called Blackbeard Marine. Serving Lake Texacoma, a popular lake on the southern border of Oklahoma and northern Texas, Blackbeard Marine saw a need for Phase 5 when they expanded and began selling wake boats. You need some awesome boards to go along with an awesome new boat, right?! It’s a match made in heaven. Sean Silveira recently took a trip out to Thailand to get some sets in with team rider Songkrod Jomboon, aka BM. Song has been making a name for himself recently with some wins at the IWWF events and more. With a background in flow riding, he's got plenty of tech skills and style behind the boat. We're stoked to have him repping Phase 5 in Thailand and look forward to more from him!

When two legends meet, you know the content is going to be amazing! I’m speaking of course of Sean Silveira and wakeboarder Shaun Murray. Shaun Murray has been on the water for longer than most and with his infectious personality and amazing talent, it’s not hard to see why.

In this new series, we’ll be catching up with our riders to see what’s been “currently” happening with them. Whether it’s traveling for contests, free riding, or whatever, we want to know what they’re up to! We start with all-around ripper Parker Payne. Check it out!

The ultimate weekend warrior board, the Zilla v2 is all about having a good time behind the boat. Jett Lambert shreds. There’s no doubt about it. So he needs a board that can shred just as hard as he can. Since the beginning of his wakesurfing career, he has ridden the Phase 5 Key. Just like surf fins, skim style fins can drastically change the feeling of your board on the water. Whether you’re looking for a skim fin that will be loose as a goose or one that will keep you locked into the wave, Phase 5 has you covered! 

Another event is in the books and it was another strong showing from the Phase 5 team. The “Come & Take It” Conroe Classic went down on Lake Conroe, TX this past weekend and the team showed up and showed out, like usual. This contest, that goes down every year, is a team favorite because of the accommodations and the awesome conditions that the venue provides. This allows for some really awesome riding and the Phase 5 team knows a thing or two about that! Check out the podium photos and results below! Congrats again, team!

Our second to last stop on our UAE tour was with Home Wake Club, nestled squarely in the downtown area of Dubai. Surrounded by the insane architecture that Dubai is known for, we loaded up into the boat and began to cruise out to the riding spot. It was pretty surreal shredding the wave with the buildings, like the tallest skyscraper in the world – the Burj Khalifa, looming in the background. 

MacCallum’s Boathouse in Epsom, NH is an awesome spot in the New England area where you can get all of your Phase 5 needs. Originally started in 1949, MacCallum’s Boathouse not only offers wake surf items but also sells boats, offers storage, mechanical services, and more! They’re a one stop shop for all things lake life. We caught up with the president, Peter MacCallum, to see how the business came about and why they carry Phase 5.

Bailey Rush has her eyes set on 2025. 2024 was an unreal season for her winning multiple championships and being named the 2024 WSWC Wakesurfer of the Year! How can you top all of that? Well, Bailey’s got some ideas…check out what she has in store for 2025 now!

Wakey Wakey was the first club that we got to check out when we headed over to Dubai from Abu Dhabi. When we pulled up, we were greeted by coach and team rider Nadia Skripak, Nika, and our newest team rider Alya Lapina! We headed to the boat and you could just feel the stoke in the air! 

The Phase 5 Key by Sean Silveira has seen the top of the podium more times than any one can count at this point! This popular skim style board has been on the forefront of progression ever since its release. Since then, Sean has re-designed and tweaked it to fit his riding style and now with multiple iterations of the Key, there’s one for every rider!   

Texas has become a very popular spot for the sport of wakesurfing. The weather obviously plays a role in getting people out onto the water as well as the many awesome lakes throughout the state. South Austin Marine in Austin, TX has been killing it with getting people stoked on Phase 5 and riding behind the boat. And with Lake Travis located right outside of the city, there’s plenty of opportunity to ride. We chatted with Katie Cardarella, the South Austin Marine Wake Shop Manager, to hear a little background about South Austin Marine and their relationship with Phase 5. 

The UAE has become a hot spot for the sport of wakesurfing and we’re here for it! With tons of access to the water and plenty of different clubs to go choose from, it’s rather easy to get on the water and surf. As opposed to the states where the norm is to have your own boat, or a buddy with a boat, in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, they have “clubs” where you can call in to make a reservation to ride, with or without coaching. It takes the stress out of taking care of your own boat so all you have to do is show up and shred! Sounds pretty good, right?!

The Phantom by Parker Payne has been updated to be the ultimate surfer for 2025. This high-performance quad fin set up has been fine tuned to keep up with Parker’s high-intensity surfing! The Key has been at the top of the most wanted list ever since its debut. Ridden by many on the team, the Key is a powerhouse when it comes to technical skim wake surfing. The Key Stewart Pro is Worlds & Nationals champion Whitley Stewart’s answer to a high-performance skim style with the ladies and smaller riders in mind.

The fins that you pair with your Phase 5 surf board play a crucial part on how the board reacts in the water. Drive, speed, pop, carving…they’re all affected by the size and shape of the fins that you have installed on your board!

The 2025 MVP by John Akerman is a high-performance tech-driven wake surf board that caters to riders with an aggressive style. John is very meticulous when it comes to designing his boards, whether it’s the MVP or the Ahi. He’s always tweaking and changing things up from year to year to really dial in his set up. 

The Matrix skim style board has been on the forefront of technical progression ever since the shape was introduced into the Phase 5 line over 10 years ago. We couldn’t even begin to list out the insane amount of NBD tricks that have gone down on this shape over the years!

The very FIRST surf style board that we produced was the Aku. It’s always been a fun shape but we knew we could do better. With that in mind, the Aku V2 was born. This board is a speed demon that’s made for high-power slayshes and boosting above the lip of the wave.

Fresh off his 2024 World Championship, surf style shredder Sam “Sammy G” Gonclaves has made the switch to Phase 5! Not only are we stoked to bring on someone with so much talent, he brings fresh ideas and concepts to the table which helps us bring even better boards to you! We’ve already started work on a pro model for him so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for that…but in the meantime, help us welcome Sammy G to team Phase 5!

We’re stoked to add another promising young talent to team Phase 5 with “Lil E”, aka Emma Proudfit! Emma has been training with team rider Ashley Inloes for the last couple seasons and it has really paid off. With a podium at World’s this past season, we’re excited to see what the future holds for this little ripper!

John Akerman’s surf blade of choice, the Ahi, has been one of our most popular boards in the surf line the last few years. We believe this is partly due to the fact that not only does this board rip, John rides it all season long really putting it to the test so when the off season comes, he’s right there in the shaping room trying to make it even better, year after year.

To start 2025, we’ve added some grom rippers to the team and we’ll be highlighting them over the next few weeks. We start with Heidi Jo Neal from Flower Mound, TX. Heidi joins her big sister Collins Neal on the P5 team and we’re stoked to have them! Her family is all about surfing, with mom and dad being avid surfers as well. You know what they say…a family that shreds together, stays together! 

Team rider Cade Lybeck recently spent some time in Billings, MT for the grand opening of Montana Wake Co., a brand new dealership specializing in Nautique, Centurion, and Supreme boat sales. Of course they know what’s up and have a wide selection of Phase 5! We’re always stoked to get in with dealers who know what the people want! Cade got the invitation to come out to the grand opening recently to check out the shop and hang out with the crew.
